Assembly
In the main assembly hall, there are a series of production lines on which different variants of the two families of four-cylinder petrol engines are built.
Producing a perfect engine every time is what the Hams Hall assembly facility is designed to do. A 'no fault forward' philosophy is applied, in-process quality checks are implemented at critical stages and every power unit undergoes a mechanical and electrical test during the assembly build.
